La música, es muchas veces, un buen modo de aprender idiomas. Si tu niñera, sabe un poquito de  Ingles, te proponemos que enseñe a tus hijos una canción muy popular tanto en Gran  Bretaña  como  en  Norteamérica. Seguro que les resultará muy divertido y pasarán un buen rato.Podemos hacer con los niños unas máscaras sencillas  o algún  elemento  significativo  de  estos  animales,  como  el rabo  o las orejas, y cantar haciendo los gestos del perro, la vaca, el pato, la oveja….

No se  sabe  quien  era  Old  McDonald.  El  nombre  es  de  origen  escocés (posiblemente  irlandés).Hay muchas y diferentes versiones, y en cada una se introducen distintos animales, con el sonido de sus diferentes voces.  A veces  se canta  cada estrofa  muy rápidamente  para que haya que recordar los sonidos correctos y pronunciarlos a un ritmo frenético.
